Before your first appointment, we want to know about your pet’s particular needs, worries, and trouble spots. A history of problems with grooming is important, and we want to hear from you about any previous issues before we begin. We’re not expecting perfect behavior on the grooming table, and we’re used to working with pets that have issues. The way we see it, our job is to accommodate the needs of each animal, and each client.

What we do for your pet: Where to begin? Every grooming session starts with a gentle introduction – although on our repeat visits, we typically get a very enthusiastic greeting! From a basic grooming or de-shedding to an all-over makeover, your dog (or cat) has our professional groomer’s undivided attention.

Special needs don’t upset us! In fact, we set aside extra time before that first appointment to make sure everyone gets off on the right… paw. Whether we need to be extra-supportive with older dogs or just give that special belly rub to reassure a scared-y cat, we’ll do it. That’s our job, and we take it seriously.
